Amos produced one litter of 8 puppies with Balsam Ridge Misty Lynne in March 2026. Seven puppies survived and 1 passed away shortly after birth as it was affected by anasarca disorder. His best pal is a cat, and he is friendly with other animals he meets. He is an energetic and fun-loving boy. Amos is a 2nd generation cross (Chinook x Tamaskan) cross in the Chinook Breed Conservation Program. When bred with a purebred Chinook the offspring will be considered UKC purebred Chinooks.

Able from the Chinook Breed Conservation Program. His great-grandsire, Darwin, was a purebred Tamaskan sled dog and his great-granddam, Calista, was a purebred Chinook. Both great grandparents have their list of achievements and outstanding qualities - in the show ring, in harness, in breeding, with people of all ages, and as longtime companions with the people who loved them. One of their offspring Vanguard North Brother Mtn was bred with the only female who descended through the female line of the Sweetie x Yukon Jack cross line. Then along came Maple and subsquently Able and his littermates. There are many great stories in this special lineage on both sides of Able's pedigree and he will contribute his own chapters to the bigger story.

These 4 male pups are 2nd generation crossbred Chinooks. Their parents, Barkerville Sweet Maple Mae (Chinook x Tamaskan) and Desert Sol Makani Kai (Chinook x Bernese Mountain Dog) are 2nd generation crossbred Chinooks. All are registered in the Chinook Breed Conservation Program (CBCP). When these boys grow up and are bred with a purebred Chinook they will produce puppies who are eligible for United Kennel Club purebred registration.
